Worksmart, a free online salary negotiation workshop, helps women graduating from college or in careers seeking promotions or job changes. It’s AAUW’s response to the pay gap, where women still earn about 80% of men’s salaries. Take Worksmart online at: https://www.aauw.org/resources/programs/salary/work-smart/

Current Campus Partners Locaterhttps://my.aauw.org/collegeuniversitydirectory

**Why It Matters: Education Doesn’t Open Every Door**

Despite earning a majority of degrees, women still face barriers to economic success. They are often steered toward lower-paying fields, while men dominate high-earning STEM majors. This persistent gap shows that education alone isn’t enough to achieve true equality in opportunity and earnings. https://www.aauw.org/issues/education/higher-ed-other-pathways/
